proportion lesson

Well I have been looking at John's blog again and here is a section all about proportions which happens to be the third lesson on his curriculum site on drawing fundamentals. He said that proportions of a drawing is what makes the cartoon look the way it does. So I grabbed my drawing and preston's original drawing and I compared mine to his. Now I know that each time I look at a drawing I copy from, I would check the proportions and write down my mistakes and then correct them every single time.

New Blog

Hey I've decided to just move the blog site to here because I just felt that I needed a blog that's focused on one subject and one subject only. I looked into John K's blog which can be found here

and went to his cirriculum site and I've just found one of the most informative drawing lessons I've ever seen in my life! So I've decided to just go over the lessons in the Preston Blair book and learn the fundamentals of drawing. I'll be posting all of the sketches of my studies on these lessons really soon and more future drawings to come.
